So sorry to see you leave the fold. Please do let us know with what you replaced the 124. I'm especially curious because after six straight Daimler automobiles I don't see any more in my future. I don't have the time or energy for the gremlins inherent in a 15 year old daily driver, the current products don't strike me as worth the money, and I won't do business with Ewing ********. So likely my next car is not an MB, curious what you chose in that situation?

I agree with JC in most regards, particularly not doing business with Ewing ******** -- especially for older Mercedes. They really don't want to work on them!! I have 17, 14 and 7 year old models -- and they have been pretty good to me. Of course, I do most of my own work if possible, but have had no major problems, such as A/C or other big ones.
