HELP! - Need help from someone who has replaced valve seals on a 300D.

I got the parts, but I don't know which seal is which. Half of them are black rubber with metal outer shells and the other half are brown rubber with matching brown rubber outer shells. Which are intake and which are exhaust? The ones I've taken out of the car both look alike.
