Need to change Ignition Housing..

I have done Nissans but not Mercedes... Customer wants me to change out the ignition housing which mounts on column. It is 1991 190E Mercedes .. any special tool required to remove from column? How much of the dash has to be removed?

Any hints appreciated.. thanks Merlin
