opinion: 98 E320 177Kmiles, BUY or not to BUY

I'll go to see this car, everything should be working, was getting proper maintenance, regarding owner.
My question is: is this kind of mileage too HIGH, and i shall pass on this one, or it doesn't matter and car should still serve good with reasonable maintenance.
In other words: buy if good, or not buy and pay more for simillar MB with half of miles.......
