Need more help with my M103

I managed to figure out my plug wires from my last post, put it all together just fine and drove the car, it ran so well... Then, the car gets warm and dies, with no restart.

I gave up for a few days and tried driving it today about 3 miles, ran beautifully over to my parents house, had it idleing in the driveway when after 5 minutes it dies, I tried stretching it out for a few minutes by raising the revs and that worked only for a little while, then it died. No restart, yet.

So, it seems that once something reaches a certain temperature it starts running really poorly/dying, and it isn't linear with coolant temp perhaps o2 sensor? I really need a great meeting of the minds here people, I like this car a lot and really can't afford for it to be cantankerous. (1993 300E 4M M103 130,000k)

Could be OVP?

It's a '93, maybe the wiring harness? But first I'd be suspicious of the fuel pump relay (cracked solder joints).

Sounds temp related. O2 sensor won't normally kill an engine; if you want to eliminate it, disconnect it and see if the problem stays.

How full is your gas tank?

Have you tried bypassing the OVP or FP relay? When you turn the key to on (but not crank)

When it won't start, do you turn the key to "run" (but not crank) and listen for the pump to come on for 2 seconds? If you apply 12V directly to the pump, does it run? Will it start/run with the pump powered like that?

Have you checked to see if the cold start injector for leaking or possibly not shutting off?

Have you checked your coolant temp sensors against known values?

Uh, okay, Crank position sensor anyone???? It runs for up to 20 minutes before it shows symptoms, I haven't tried listening for the fuel pump, but I have a feeling that isn't it, but it's not like I won't test it.

103 specific faults ; as mentioned above Do replace the fuel filter as well as the adjoining fuel accumulator while you are at it.
Fuel pump relay; Most likely it has developed a cold solder joint . re-solder or replace . this is one symptom of fault
same for the OVP . these two components age -fail on the 103 replace and you should have a reliable car again.
