torque spec on valve cover?

Hello all,

I'm cleaning up oil leaks in my 2.3 16v. How tight should the nuts be on the valve cover? Should I use loctite 5900? I have purchased a new gasket.

I understand this is a bit anal-retentive, but I would rather do the job once and never again.

Dan.
