After more scouring through the EPC, it looks like I'll need to run to the junkyard and grab the support bracket #103-130-11-35. The stock pa15c bracket is pn# 103-131-11-35 for future researchers.

Once I have that, I should be good to go! I will keep updating once I get everything. Gonna try to run to the yard today and get it since they have a 1991 and 1992. The bracket looks like it was swapped as of 1990.
