Well, I spoke with a knowledgeable friend and determined that spraying a little chem tool in the ICV would be fine as it evaporates. Good news! It worked. Idling perfectly, also in my investigation found a broken throttle return spring so I replaced that too! All is well. Thanks. I love an inexpensive fix!
