Thinking about buying a '85 300SD...

I am thinking about buying a 1985 300SD Mercedes.

It has:
232,000 miles on it
New AM/FM Stero
New seats
New Belts
Valve & cover gaskets job
New Brakes
New Battery
New A/C
New Tires
Upgraded Rims
No known problems at all.
Has a check-up almost every month
Body and Interior is in Mint Condition

Is it worth buying for almost 7,000?
Also, how expensive is the average maintence on it?
