Will Rear seat from 91 420sel fit 88 560sel w/power recline?

My current back seat is heated and has the power recline
standard in the 88 560 SEL. The back seat I'm looking at is
from a 91 420 SEL that doesn't have heating or the power
recline.

I know I'd either have to give up the heated seat which is
fine, I'm in Texas and so it isn't essential. But I'm wondering
if this seat will work with my reclining frame shown below.
