you have now delited the complex little idler bracket and bearing and roller pully,
"so I am thinking it may be about the same cost to produce."?????

I would not add cad plating there is no reason to build more cost into this product, knowing the target customers-Skinflints- we want as cheap as possible.
I guess what I am trying to say is that deleting the idler MAY offset the extra cost of the laser cutting. It is also a little less work for me as well, not having the idler. I also think that the cad plating will be a wash as well compared to me painting all the parts, as I will get them all done in one batch (minimum charge for 1-100 pieces). I was not able to do that with the first batch because there was only 22 pieces total. If the laser cutting and cad plating do end up costing me more, I doubt it will raise the cost of the entire kit more than $20.00. I am also getting 25 or 30 kits made of gen 2 once I am sure there is enough room to swing the compressor in a 123. For sure there is enough room in a 126 & 116, but I have not measured a 123 yet.....Rich
