I purposely made the eccentric mount closer to the engine, and offset the pulley on the bearing so the bolt would not rub the power steering belt. I also provided a washer to space the pulley further from the engine if need be. The prototype that is on my car had the bolt rubbing the PS belt, so I modified the mount on the production units to keep this from happening. Also, the bolts that I was able to find protrude further out from the bearing than the bolt on my prototype.
