That is called a "Sail Panel". I think I have a pair, I will look. The seat belt will need to be unbolted so the loose end can feed through the hole. There are three tabs that hook into the C pillar, and can be seen with the windlace removed. A screwdriver is used to pry the tabs so the panel can come forward. The tabs most always break, so the panel may need to be glued so it will stay in place. I am in Hesperia, so it is not far from you......Rich
