I cranked on the guide rod 10 or so rotations and it tracks nearly 100% straight now. Steering wheel is ever so slightly off center but it's way better than before.
Still going to change tie rods and what not though.

I am glad you listened to me and found a new alignment guy
. Seriously though, you should probably take it somewhere and get a complete alignment.
