Well shipmate I'll do the best I can to explain the difference between VO (Veggie Oil) WVO (Waste Veggie Oil) and Bio-Diesel, but I'm no chemist. I believe the main part of the process in converting VO or WVO to Bio-Diesel is the removal of the fattey esters from the oil.
What this does is make the Bio-Diesel thinner, also as it doesn't become solid till about 32*F, in comparrison to VO that starts to thicken at about 70*F. I have read the process involved in the mfg of the VO into Bio-Diesel and it doesen't seem to difficult, just slow and cumbersome. If you have access to free WVO then your investement for the equiptment for the job is probably less then $300 and then as you make the fuel you eventually have the price per gallon down to about a $0.50 a gallon production price. Also with running straight VO there are concerns with carbon building up in the engine and this is not an issue with Bio-diesel (B100) from what I read. When running VO at a 10% and maybe a higher mix with dino diesel you should not have any problem with the coking. One thing to look out for is the rubber fuel lines will need to be replaced by synthetic fuel lines or you will be having clogged fuel filters like crazy. Vitron fuel lines from McMaster-Carr is the cheapest place to but the stuff. I'll try not to let all your praise swell my head. Helping members is what this place is about.

Thanks again my firend for all your help. I dont tell you these things to swell your head up. My mom taught me, give credit where credit is due, and to be quite honest, I would be nowhere if it weren't for people like you on this forum. Again, thank you for your time and desire to teach me about something that, up to the other day, I had no idea existed. As far as the fuel lines go, at 10%- 20% veggie oil in with dino diesel, do I have to worry about my hoses. They are fairly new but I am pretty sure they are not synthetic.
