need more information about the Super-Turbos from Finland

hi,
I found on this webside ( http://www.teamrwd.com/dieselboost/ ) the MB Super-Turbo Cars from Finnland.
I'm myself from Germany. Who can give me more information about the Super-Turbo cars. What special parts need I for convert a "slow" MB Diesel in a Super-Turbo ?
