Tach Amp Question?

Anyone know how to take the tach amp apart? Mine is still being very flakey & I'm thinking that maybe some solder connections are coming loose like the ACC & Cruise modules. I looked at it a while ago & didn't see how to do it.

Thanks!

Mike
