Broken Oil Pick Up Boot

I was doing my standard oil pan gasket change, and I discovered that my oil pick up boot was destroyed. How this could happen is unknown, since the pan hasnt encountered curbs, rocks or other oil pan killers.

Does anybody know the part number for this boot? (82 300TD)
