What is your favorite "look" for the W123

Since theres so many variations of the W123's, between the years, and euro/US parts I just figured I'd see which combinations people liked the best. If you could order it now from the factory how would it look. Just a random fun thread.
I'd have to say a darker colored W123 sedan, Black, Red or Gray, with 3 piece euro bumpers, painted hubcaps, the US spec headlights with clear fogs, chrome cowl vents, badge deleted trunk lid, and the checkered black cloth interior.

Love the Euro much better then the US-DOT. also love the black MB-tex with maybe a dark or light blue exterior. With maching hub caps. (i hate cleaning those rims) Manual rear windows and poer fronts. Manual sunroof. Euro full covered headlights(if we could even have those). hopefully a 617 either N/a or with the turbo with a 5 speed.

yea that would be sweet

LEARN!!!
if you want one of these babies, going auto is like driving in reverse all the time.
a stick makes a performance vehicle a PERFORMANCE vehicle.
really, it's worth it to learn to drive a stick. you are young, get a stick car and thrash it.
you will understand in no time how to drive a stick.

I don't have a W123, but if I did it seems it would have to be blue.

it looks like you need a 123 to ease the transition between your oldest and the middle one.
nice 124wagon!

I like the look of my euro 123wagon. I would like the round euro lights, and manual rear windows. 60/40 split with rear seat and headrests.
more power would be nice. it's nice no badges on the back.
the shadow silver paint is also cool, almost gold.

A silver 280ce with black trim, backed grill and painted silver bumpers along with 8x16 penta's and full AMG body kit, suspension and motor which equals my coupe in the near future

If not that, then a russet brown 300d all US-spec with 15" ATS Bundts and the front just a tiny bit lower.

To drive everyday and utilitarian i take an antracite 300TDt with cream or olive interior. Euro headlight and DOT bumpers (opposite of the first poster).

Now for the weekend driver: If ya gonna go AMG i'll take a 500CE (280CE 5.0!!!!) all red/red and red trim.

Hmm

I'd have to say that cool 70's orange or avocado green 300TD, 5 speed manual, with tan MB tex interior.

Damn I love that 70's orange...I was inches from painting my W115 this color.
