A la the BMW Isetta. The poor Isetta was just ahead of its time. Like the Tucker.

That's not that little three-wheeled car whose front swung out to get in and out, is it?

Yup. I'd really like to get my hands on one. Seriously. Yes, I am that strange.

The great John Muir said...

If everyone drove like they were strapped to the front of their vehicles, there would be no accidents.

A truer statement I've not heard anywhere else. It would not matter what you drove, only that you drove carefully.

I recall hearing a tale about a late '50s lot attendant that had to park one of these things, and got it right up against a wall so the door wouldn't open. Then he couldn't get it into reverse!

Happy Motoring, Mark

Actually, they have four wheels but the rears are very close together.

I'll believe it when I see it.

Me too! But it's ugly as h**l. I'd have to puke before I could get in it.

Its cool. Someone is trying something new. Maybe not the solution for all people but I think I would buy one if I needed it. I have had 13 crotch rockets so I don't really care about the safety aspect. When your numbers up, thats it. RT
