They have a switchover valve, (overboost protection) which will limit the amount of boost by opening the waste gate. I don't know the pressure, on four of the ones I've owned, it has been bypassed.
The pic is of the SD, it's hooked up, that light colored, new, vac line comes from the manifold to the valve, then to the ALDA.

Incorrect. It limits fuel by venting the boost signal to the ALDA, no boost enrichment.

The steering can be adjusted to take out play.

Its not too hard

Loosten the locking nut and turn the screw anticlockwise with the steering wheel dead straight.....turn til the steerig begins to bind up then back off til its free again and lock it down.
