Just got "scolded" by my mechanic for using B100...
So yes, it has clogged my fuel filters faster than regular dino diesel would have. I've been using professionally processed B100 (bought from a gas station in MD) for about 3 months now, and my car has been running great. He basically accused me of putting old veggie oil in the car, which is not the case. Anyway, you'd think a shop that specializes in older diesel benzes would be accustomed to customers using biodiesel.
Yes, I know, there are mixed opinions on this, and I know, I technically SHOULD be running regular diesel (although b100 hasn't really been proven to wear engines out any faster, just clogs filters, injectors, and eats rubber hoses faster).
Thoughts? Similar experiences?
