Injection Pump is "Timed" Last (After Crankshaft and Camshaft are correct)
by adjusting (Turning the pump TOWARDS or AWAY from the engine) it's
relationship to The Crankshaft and Start of Fuel Delivery.

The Above is an OVERSIMPLIFICATION !
