Should I be concerned about this? IP parts missing

So I have noticed that there are a few parts missing from my IP, although the car runs fine so I don't know if I should be concerned about it. Can you guys take a look?

(Thanks to gsxr for stock photo)

Would missing those two washer pieces allow air into the fuel lines at all? Sometimes it takes more cranks than I find necessary to get started, although I don't think it is anything out of the ordinary. There is not any fuel leaking out, either.

Sorry, the text is blurry. On the left side I am just missing the screw, and on the right I am missing both of the connected washer-type pieces.
