Folks, I've got two bum regulators on my back windows in my '79 300TD. Not a problem only someone managed to accidentally get them both down about an inch....which sucks in the cold weather and especially since my heater is getting its wiring sussed out.....

So, I don't have the $$ for the new regulators (I was told around $100, is this right? How hard is the labor?). I've tried to man-handle them up with someone working the switch but they seem pretty determined to stay where they are. Anyone manage to get out of this situation successfull?
I figured if I could just get them up I would get around to doing the regulator procedure come spring/summer.......
