Ok, I'm slowly but surely figuring this out with everyone's help.

Here are my questions...

1. There is a line that goes off of #65 (vacuum control valve) on the back of it. It's not the line on top. What line is this? A black vent line?

2. On the four way connector that the doors are on, what should be on the other two connectors? One should be brown, right? What is that line? Should the other be the A/C green/yellow line?

3. The black with brown stipe and black with blue stripe should both go to the switchover valve behind the brake booster (#125), correct?

Other than those questions, I think I have everything drawn out. Thanks for the help everyone. I can't wait for the parts to come in the mail so I can fix this.

1. #65 is the vent line
2. You should have 2 yellows after the check valve that go to doors. The green is the A/C and the brown is the vacuum reservoir.
3. That sounds right.

#1) If you are referring to the line that come out of the side of the VCV #65 then it is a vent line. But if it is behind it between the IP and oil filter housing, then it is the shut off valve vacuum.

#2) The yellow and grey striped line goes the reservoir. The brown line is the shut off vacuum leading to the ignition switch.

There are only two vacuum lines going to the VCV #65, correct? One on top with a green damper and one that connects to the side closer to the passenger side, which is a vent, correct?

DeliveryValve is right. The reservoir is Yellow with Gray not a Yellow with Brown (sorry about that).

Edit: oops... Almost forgot. The solid brown line in my last photo goes to the ignition switch and the other brown line (with stripe forget color, purple?) goes down to shut off valve on back of IP.

Ok, I just realized there are 3 lines that connect to the VCV. But the diagram posted before only shows two. On the top of the VCV is the line with the green damper. On the passenger side is the vent, correct? What about on the drivers side? What connects there and what color is it?

Edit: here are two pictures with circles over the lines I'm talking about.

Ok.... I have been trying to do all of this from memory and pics. The wife finally got home with the car. I just popped the hood and took a peek.

There are only 2 lines on the VCV. One is source vacuum and the other is a vent.

You are probably refering to the shut off valve. That would be the brown with purple stripe. The solid brown goes to the ignition switch. The brown and purple comes from the ignition switch.

The vent line comes out the side of the VCV (horizontal). The only other line goes that goes to "Component #65" is the one that goes in the top.

On my car... The vent line is black and the brown and brown purple lines are shut off.


EDIT: I had the wrong angle on your pic. THE one in the yellow circle goes to the shut off valve! It goes down to the back of the IP between the IP and the oil filter. The vent line comes off the side of the VCV (horizontal) right by the VCV adjustment cover.

Ok, so with the brown and the brown/purple lines, which goes where?

Does the solid brown go to the VCV?

Does the brown/purple hook up to the 4 way connector that the doors and A/C also connect to?

Or is it the other way or do I have it all wrong?
