Nailing after injector seal change

Due to severe leaking on my 350SDL, I replaced the o ring and copper washers in the injector delivery fittings. Afterwards, there is nailing on all cylinders which was not present before. The only things removed to facilitate the R&R was the nozzle that holds the o ring and the spring to remove the washer.
Any suggestions?
