Sounds like you might be a little underdamped. If your shocks and struts are original or just getting up there in years, they might be ready for a refresh or you might consider going a little stiffer with them.

I have been saying that for decades.... new springs are one of the least appreciated and relatively cheap improvements for an old car...
but almost every time I say it someone claims they do not ' age'...
they do age and it is little affected by MILES..... if the car is not up on blocks they are aging .....
and just to be consistent ..... VALVE springs are the same way.... they are cheap to replace IF one is already replacing valve stem seals....
