om606 cylinder head removal pictorial?

So after I finally got my om602 working right, turned out my clear bio diesel lines were sucking air I started searching Craigslist. Came across a 98 e300 195k with a blown head gasket. Took a few days to see it. But I was able to look at it before the owner arrived. It was at shopping center where he shut it down. After some sort haggling I got the car for a very good price. Can only find one spec of rust on a fender and it lived it's whole life in Michigan. Engine started right up with a big cloud of smoke. Brakes a little spongy and oil pretty milkshaky. So I figured I would pull the head and take the risk. Car is in good enough shape I would feel comfortable putting i n a used engine if this one is trashed.

Anyways looking for a step by step, all the ones I found the pic have been removed by photobucket. Currently valve cover off, injector lines removed, cam zip tied, exhaust manifold unbolted. What else needs to be removed?
