I need a big favor from anyone on this forum: My EZL went bad in my 1994 E500 and the dealer want North of $3K for a replacement. The best price on a new one I've found is $2K. I need to know two things:

1. What other EZLs will work on my car? Years and model of cars please...and,

2. does anyone have a source for a new or used EZL? I had my car put on a flatbed to go to the dealer and they are charging me 4.5 hours of labor just to give me this bad news which I suspected all along.
