wireless router for pocket PC in hotel room
Is it possible to hook up a router in a hotel room with cable internet only (no wifi service) and connect a wifi pocket PC? Can the router be set-up with the pocket PC?

BTW, I took your advice on the Palm 650 and love it! Now I'm looking at the VX6600. |

Hey, I remember the "road warrior" days when traveling with a PC meant a "luggable" PC (post-Osborne), an external Hayes modem and a line convertor to get past hotel switches (post-accoustic couplers). I was one of those that used to unscrew the wall plates and do some conductor scraping on the telephone lines and leave a ink spot to let the the next PC savvy traveller that the dirty work had been done
The iPaq looks nice. I always envy the built in wi-fi. |
