Anyone ever try a cycling class?

You know spinning with an instructor?

I tried my first one today and I gotta tell you that is one ass kicking workout.

My legs were screaming as was the rest of my body.

I think I should have waited until after to hit the weights, which probably led to me being a little tired.

I made it thru the entire hour, non -stop pedaling but not at the rest of the class's pace for a good portion. The getting up and down, an drocking side to side was a bit much for the first time, but I'll be back.

ZZZZZZZ!!!!!!!!!!

The only cycle I ride has a kick starter coupled to a Panhead engine.

I dunno what it's called, I think it's spinning. Stationery bike, different resistance levels, etc.....
Here's another form of spinning.
