Well, I don't know about anybody else here, but I plan to spend and exciting weekend getting my house ready for winter! Yeehaaaa!!!!!

Ah yes winter - that time of year when we don't have to run the AC

. . . . and we can exchange our big electric bills for big gas bills.

Yeah, I like to wait for the first big storm before I do that. Although last year I never did get my window AC units out, 'twas a bit drafty at times :o

That's usually about the same time I get around to trying to start the snowblower the first time and start fighting with the snowplow harness. Come to think of it, that's usually when I get around to putting the framing up for my boat cover, too :wacky: That first storm is a real b!tch!

I can see that we both work best under pressure, Swamp.

I really do wish I didn't put stuff off so much. Why do today what you can put off until next week?

About the ONLY winter prep needed in Texas is shutting off the water sprinkler timers at the first sign of frost!
