As much as I sweat, I'd drown if I shaved my head. I did get mine cut a lot shorter than usual this year and I can feel the sweat running down my scalp. If I didn't have some hair up there to slow it down and channel it off to the sides, I'd be in real trouble!

Yeah, that's pretty intense. Shoot, I wouldn't even want to shave my mustache off, much less all the hair on top of my head.

Yeah, that's stubble-- use the shortest setting on my Wahl. If I use a razor/shaving cream, I look like a friggin' skin-head. OY!!

When I was working in health care and and really shaved my head, an African American family refused to let me in the room.

The Grandpa (or Dad) was trached on a ventilator, so I had some vent work/upper airway care to perform. They wanted none of it. Didn't help that I always wore black "Dickie" pants and black scrub tops. :cool:

Thing is that most skin-heads have nothing to do with white power. It's about music, Ska.
