Washed the W124 this morning...long overdue (and very much not my behavior to leave it dirty for over a week).

Hoping to begin the radio install tonite...

School starts today

. . . at the college where I work. And the students are back (cue high, creepy voice from "Poltergeist": "They're heeere. . . .").

Though we have a worse fire to put out. One of our professors jumped ship on us at literally the last minute, without warning. He was scheduled to teach today, and when our chairman checked his office, he found it completely empty! The guy (who was denied tenure, okay, but talk about burning bridges!) has just cleared out without a word. Needless to say, we're scrambling to cover things.

Trying to follow Dr.'s orders (along with Mistress) to keep my left knee iced and elevated. It's hard to do when then there's not much pain, only mainly stiffness. Then again, I'm taking pain meds so it's masked.

Driving me nuts lying around!!

Got my OBK grill badge from Bill (Swamp Yankee) yesterday, will put that on before wife comes home! :D :grim:

Hey, gotta watch out for my naturally aspirated TD bretheren. These things are so heavy duty you might have to increase the spring rate on the corresponding side to compensate :) TheDon did a great job with design and procurement. Now that he's on the case, m-shop badges will finally come to fruition.

Keep that knee iced and yourself heavily medicated!

I'm medicated, but have been doing errands. Walked the dogs and went to the store. Off to look at an '83 500SL, just a few miles away at a classic car consignment shop. Not supposed to drive on Oxy, but feel okay -- maybe to okay.

Just chill out, read a book or watch a good "fillum"as our Pella retailers call it.

And for God's own sake! keep out of the Lambo and no shooting any of your father's multifarious guns!!!!

Heavy medication and high-powered weaponry, now there's a fine combination!

The Illuminati! There's a name I haven't heard in a long time. Wasn't their avowed goal world domination or something like that?

Call Carleton, Bot or RLEO to fill in....man that guy is screwed if he ever wants a teaching position I agree with you about bruning bridges.

I.S. poked their head in and said they were coming back to get the DeathStar and it's 2:45 if I have to take it down there myself it won't be pretty......

I just got back from looking at this:
http://www.yesterdaysauto.com/detail.asp?ID=297

Odo stopped working ??. The worn seat belts, pedals and seats tell me it's more of a 100k mile car. Crappy new top, partially repainted.

Put the OBK badge on the old wagon, looks sharp.

Time to settle as it's starting to hurt, even with the oxy.
