He was asked "where he would get his health care if Obamacare passed" and he responded and I'm paraphrasing "in the event that Obama care passed and in the subsequent 5 years following the implimentation of it came to the result expected that he would go to Costa Rica (where he would get his health care).

In the conversations preceding that small exchange there was a discussion about doctors setting up clinics in Costa Rica which had more favorable conditions and where "Medical Tourists" where the intended customer base.

It's really pretty funny because what Media Matters and the rest of the liberal media empire did in that case is exactly what they always accuse Fox and the right talkers of doing - taking an utterance completely out of context and reframing it so as to make it appear something was stated when in fact it never was.
