How has she lived her life?

I was at a show for the domicillary veterans at the VA hospital a few weeks ago. My wife is an employee at the hospital. It was done by the "Dallas Tap Dancers." They ranged in age from 50 to 85. The auditorium was dark and the stage was probably at least 50 feet away. When they announced the age range and the curtain came up, one of the old guys asked which one was 85. The youngest looking one in the pack raised her hand. It was amazing.

Of course if we had been standing next to them in a well lit room, I'm sure they would have looked difference.

It's sometimes difficult to tell an older persons age. Take me for instance, I am 63, but look 23.

Along these same lines, the guy in the next office said his Mom wanted to go flying this weekend and one of the local pilots took her up in his 172. She now wants to take flying lessons. She's 92!

LOL lots of factors go into judging age. If she smokes, or had a high stress life raising lots of grumpy kids, she could be in her 50s, of if she is an active happy person she could be in her late 70s or even older.
