Taxing bodies are worthless, IMO for estimates unless they really are doing a value based on what similar properties are selling for, at least in WI. Most times, they tack a number on it that isn't realistic when it comes to selling.

Depends. If it is good for $25K and you are askinig $85K, certainly not. OTOH, if it is worth $150K and you are asking $85, I can have a wire transfer standing by. And when I say "worth", I don't mean what YOU think it is worth. I mean based off what others would pay for it.

Again, you define the conditions and then call it sign of a bad citizen. As long as they are not doing something society has defined illegal, morality is up to the person. I wouldn't do it but if someone else does it and their moral code is up for it, who am I to make moral judgment on them? OTOH, it doesn't mean I want to associate with a druggie. As to abortion doctors, I have no issue with that. One of my friends is doing that but as long as he is not doing a back alley hanger abortion, I'm ok since it is just tissue. As to alcohol and tobacco, they are legal so play ball. Illicit is your judgment as is adulterous since it is the agreement the couple goes with.

Doesn't that suggest that the deity is either too stupid to know the difference between someone simply claiming to believe out of fear and "buying insurance" or that the deity is so desperate that anything will do?

I've often wondered if the great reward of "heaven" meant you had to have a Members Only jacket to get in.

Either way you are selling your soul to the deity be it the devil or the Christian god. Only difference is the Devil is supposed to be trying to trick you when he gives you the payment now whereas the christian god promises that it will come later and you don't know if you really get it or not. AKA, "The Check Is In the Mail".
