So how does this gig work then? If something bad happens, it is the will of Satan (who was supposedly created by an all knowing deity that can see the future of that action). If something good happens, it is the will of this deity.

I'd love a job like that. If we get a lucrative contract, it is my ability. If it isn't, it is my underlings that are screwballs. Sound familiar? Cardinal Law did that too. The "sweeping under the rug" was at the advice of his subordinates..

The Lord suggests that the property be as neat and presentable as possible between now and the day after the auction. Make sure that those old KFC boxes are tossed in the trash, and the trash is hauled away. If there is a '76 Monte Carlo on blocks out front, send that packing as well. If there is any greenery outside, make sure that it is well-manicured. Nothing kills value perception quite as nicely as a bunch of weeds...

I believe the world is random. Crap happens. Good and bad is relative and the targets are entirely random.

I cannot understand people who start these religious testimony threads.
If you have faith...good for you...but keep it to yourself, not everyone wants to hear about it.
Better yet..run the game down on like minded individuals...say...down at your place of worship.

There...is where a receptive audience awaits.

His OP seems to indicate that he hopes to provide some sort of proof to the unbelievers here. Like I said before, tough crowd to witness to.

It is going to take more than a coincidence to prove something. So what happens if he doesn't get the 85K? What would that prove? What if he gets 85K when 100 was available? What if it doesn't sell? What if it sells after 3 months but maybe it could have on it's own?

The only people the OP responds to are the ones who co-sign him.
The 'proof to un-believers' case has been taken up by others.

Only a fool would bid without looking at the Preliminary Title report, to see status of property tax, foreclosure notices, mortgages, and subordination agreements, liens, abstracts of Judgments recorded, restrictions, easements, mineral/water rights reserved, and so forth.

I think he will be rewarded for trusting in God. How that reward will come is anybody's guess.
