Yeah that'll work. Just legalize and encourage everybody. The country's already packed with junkies, so what's a few hundred/thousand/million more?
We sure wouldn't want to be doing anything to encourage GOOD behavior now, would we? That would be way too politically incorrect. |

If it can be shown that the approach being tried in Portugal is more effective at bringing about improvement in the drug addiction phenomenon than prison sentences than perhaps the prison time thing is what is wrong.
