That's showing some consideration right there....

If they really wanted to kill these people to settle this issue, there would be dead people.
Pulling back to let the situation calm down actually shows that someone somewhere has a brain.
Next time, they will take Cliven nice and quiet down at the local breakfast joint.

I'm not sure that the Feds would not have fired if, thanks to the second Ammendment, there weren't armed citizens ready to return fire. We will never know, thank goodness.

Guessing that the ranchers never found a use for Sun Tzu...

I kind of doubt that the minutemen ever read any of General Tzu's writings either.

They tend to go for the larger working dogs, not the little lap yappers.

"The Art of War" may be on a few ranch bookshelves, but not a likely majority line Zane Grey.

My prediction is a couple undercover guys, real quiet, just nab him off the street one day.

I don't recall anything happening to Cliven's daughter....

I do like the part of the video where the kid (nephew or some such) claims to have been hit by multiple vehicles, including a dump truck.....
Kind of hard to take anything these people say seriously.

What we want to know is would you be defending the pot growers?;)

Of course he would not. They are breaking the law .....and doing thing he disagrees with

Good point. Perhaps he SHOULD have gone to the trial he was invited to.

So following that, if a cop stops me for say spitting on the sidewalk, I choose to pull a gun to tell him to back off and he draws faster and drills me, I am being shot over spitting on the sidewalk?

I've seen this movie before. It tries to link item A with the price of tea in China to obfuscate the issue.

Unfortunately, they are not clairvoyant and cannot predict things so they have to arrest everyone there and sort it out later.

Nothing to do with goodness. It has everything to do with having too many bleeding hearts around that want order without dirty hands.

I would never say it has anything to do with what you put in fine print. I'm sure that he has a reason to swerve from principle that has nothing to do with it being inconvenient at this juncture and convenient at others.

George III would have loved you. Ho Chi Minh would have thought you a fool.

You have no control over other people. The only thing you control is how you react. If you choose to make a gunfight over expectorating then that is your choice.

Looks like a raid is planned...it will get nasty.

Quote:

The executive director of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association says his sources inside the federal government warn that Washington’s weekend retreat in a dispute over grazing land in Nevada was only a move to distract attention and diffuse tensions, because a raid on the family’s ranch still is planned.

Harry Reid is pissed.
Quote:

Reid on Monday told KRNV-TV in Reno: “It’s not over. We can’t have an American people that violate the law and then just walk away from it. So it’s not over.”
Is Harry talking about Bundy or Obama? :D

“Isn’t that amazing? The biggest crook in Washington,” Mack said.

No link, as was CLEARLY stated as a preface "just a thought."
