Apparently you didn't read the copy I posted, twice, from the Nevada constitution that clearly shows the transfer of public lands to the federal government AND the rule that the state CANNOT tax them. He hasn't paid any tax to the state. He tried to, but the state government, understanding it's constitution, refused to accept his payment. It isn't state land. Hasn't been for a very long time.
