If I was 73, I would probably ease off the fried foods, the butter, the unnecessary sodium...

Ditch the dessert, especially ice cream, possibly the worst pseudo food on the planet. Digestion is a complex process. The more things you have at one time in your stomach, especially conflicting items, the poorer your digestion will be. In the Kosher tradition, eating meat and dairy in the same meal is forbidden.

I have eaten Costco pizza myself. No longer. It is a digestive nightmare. All pizza is misguided.

The LOL is on you bro. That tradition very likely arose through a long, long process of observation and experimentation.

I do get that a lot of people don't like Jews, but they do consistently rank as one of the most successful demographics in the world. Who knows, intelligent nutrition might be part of that. It's pretty widely accepted among New Age nutritionists that cows milk for humans, especially adult humans is a misguided idea.
