Basically, you have to drill the head of the bolt until it pops off. Wear eye protection because as you drill into the bolt head, the full force of the bolt is going to blow the head of the bolt...

Okay. Here's the saga so far.

I've completely removed the cylinder head. It really wasn't a bad job. Lots of steps, but nothing that I couldn't handle.

The machine shop is very comfortable...
