The engine does get warm and has plenty of coolant. The HVAC units works marginally but when it does, it will blow hot air. I believe it's the temp gauge or a coolant sensor but not sure where to go...

Wish my 85 300SD had the telescopic wheel. It has ABS but no airbag. IMO my 85 300SD has plenty of get up and go. I grew up in 240D's and a turbo 617 engine is a rocket compared to those. LOL!

I did recently fill up. But I never squeezed any extra clicks out of the pump. I also set the pump(the notches on handle) on the slowest pumping rate. It would be great if it did fix itself!

How do I check this? The fuel was coming out of the tube that hangs behind the wheel. Its like it pushed out of the cap and down into the hole that connects to the tube underneath the car.

I have exactly that same issue with my 85 300SD. Except if I turn the wheel all the way back to blue(till it clicks) then I will get "cool" air. Full heat otherwise.:(
