Angry Cluster fuse keeps blowing

'98 C280 -- fuse 19 and 30 control the cluster gauges and brake lights. Fuse 19 is the one that keeps blowing ... sometimes it'll blow 3 mins after startup, other times 30 mins, no rhyme or reason...
