It is missing quarter panel trim, the "300SE" emblem is bogus for a '63, and the placement of the "300SE/AUTOMATIC" emblems is wrong.

The first number you mention refers to a factory reconditioned transmission. The latter would be original to that car.

I had a BOSCH reman on a 123.123. The nut on the pulley backed itself off while heading up I-5. That was a surprise. Made no odd noise what so ever. I just happened to notice bizarre gauge behavior.
