86 300E floating.

Hello, I have been having another problem with my 300E, I have gotten it running great with the help of you all. Well my problem is, the car feels like it is floating at some times, such as after I go over train tracks at about 50mph the car kind of sways around for a second, also if I am following behind a truck on the freeway the front end sways back and forth, also another thing I have noticed is, when I am accelerating and I let off the gas right before it shifts the car jerks to the right when it shifts (I dont know if its related but I am just asking). Thanks in advance for your help.
