Today my sunroof quit operating after I had opened it, I called a mercedes mechanic and they told me how to close it manually. Well I did that but it didnt close flush with the roof, the right side of the sunroof is closed properly but the left rear of it is hanging down quite far. I tried screwing the manual close thing but it would just pop and sounded like it was slipping on the cable, I also tried pushing the roof up from inside the car but it would just push the right side up and the left side still hangs there. Does this have anything to do with the white timing knob, cause I played around with that thinking it was how to close the roof manually. Any help is appreciated very much. Thanks
