Clunking noise in differential or driveshaft area

Hello, I need some help, I changed out a trailing arm, dropped the sub frame to do it and now I got some clunking noise when I shift into reverse. It sounds like it is coming from the differential area or in front of that in the driveshaft area.

On a related note, how do you secure the axles that come from the differential to the wheels/trailing arm, thanks for your help
